Not how I saw it positioned, but can you not still spread it asymptomatic?
youd have to start and remain asymptomatic -
everyone starts off showing NO symptoms which is the most contagious period of time - WHEN YOU INITIALLY SHOW SIGNS its less contagious than the previous days that you showed no signs....thevirus is the MOST contagious in the few days BEFORE you shows signs that you have COVID
the recommendation is for those who either show NO signs for 5 days consistantly OR if you showed signs and after day 3 or 4 or 5 you have a much lessened or no signs at all AFTER you showed signs and got diagnosed....
you then are advised to still wear a mask during the entire 10 days
let me stress that this is why testing ( or reliable tests) is a must and in reality because of the way this virus operates they should be doing testing everyday - vaxed or not vaxed - whether you show symptoms or not.
PCR tests take to long to give a result- a day or more and the difference in a day could mean youve already infected people and they in turn have also unknowingly contracted the virus.
and the rapid tests are antigen tests which are error prone since you could have COVID but your body is not producing the antigens yet to rise to a level of being detected- hence you can get a false negative.
