It's really just a lot of speculation as of right now. The spike protein can only mutate and change it's confirmation/protien fold so much before it can no longer interact with the ace2 receptor so it's extremely likely that nu will have the same epitope as alpha and delta

Another thing to consider is that we're in a way different stage of the pandemic since vaccines have been out for close to a year and it takes 6-8 months for the memory B cells to mature. Delta came at a horrible time because many of the newly vaccinated hadn't gone through the memory b cell maturation process which is important because memory b cells have Thier own mutagenic process to deal with variants.
