Not only that the 6th district is the federal court that won the lottery to consolidate the hearing of all lawsuits against the mandate. The 6th district is heavily republican with many judges appointed by Trump in power to keep the mandate dead in the water at least until it possibly goes to the Supreme Court which is also Conservative filled


Good chance this thing is gonna die, it’s overreach, they couldn’t even institute a nationwide mask mandate idk what made them think this would work
