The more severe effects seem to happen after the second shot (From what I read). I’ll wait longer than the 3 weeks I was told to schedule the second shot.

One of the few black streamers that I watch (BigJon) took the J&J Vaccine and got Bell's Palsy along with an elevated heart rate. He hasn't streamed with a camera since May due to him having to hold up one side of his face just to talk. He also had to do a fundraiser to pay off a portion of the hospital bills because he hasn't had any contract work due to COVID.
