There’s absolutely zero evidence at all the vaccines will be ineffective against any variants, as they all provide robust defense to every current variant out there and there’s only so many moves the virus can make before it lessens itself. It is far more likely the vax works just fine

Did you run a simulation against every possible spike protien fold for every viable insertion and deletion on the spike protien? Because there are a couple big pharma companies that would be interested in your assessment. Have they been effective against this current crop of variants? yes, but it's beyond bold to proclaim that it'll handle future variants without ever getting to herd immunity.

You've been barking with such certainty and yet and still the people who actually developed the vaccines think that's it's plausible that we may need booster shots in the future.

Booster shots don’t mean the vax would be ineffective. These companies are striving for near 100% effectiveness against severe disease and hospitalization. Booster shots to keep the effectiveness at that level isn’t anything close to the original shots being deemed ineffective. They are quite likely to provide very robust defense

I got my second Pfizer shot at the end of March. Just this Saturday I had a little scratch in my throat. Sunday I started coughing. Monday started feeling achy. Then today I had a low grade fever :merchant: Took a COVID test earlier, should get the results in 1 to 3 days. I don't get allergies so I'm hoping it's the flu or just a really bad cold. But idk. I know they said a small percentage of people can still get COVID after being fully vaccinated. Hoping I'm not one of them
