I wasn't satisfied with getting J and J

:francis:

At the time I thought it's efficacy was only in the 70% range (I later learned that it gets to the 90% range over time).

Yeah. You would have been good just riding with the J&J until it was time to get a booster.

This man made his own booster shot off the rip :pachaha:

But basically I had more confidence in moderna and pfizer targeting the spike protien.

I'm good :hubie:

For now :lolbron:

Breh you are the most immune man on the planet :russ:

Low key I am wondering if I should do the same thing. I booked for an appointment next week here in Toronto. I qualify to get the vaccine but it's not a guarantee that I'll get it since Canada has not made any of it supply available to 18-49...wondering if I should get the Medicago trial shot next week if they turn me away, then take a Phizer or Moderna later in the summer.

I'm not sure how connected the systems are in Canada but here in the U.S. (or Maryland specifically) the pharmacies don't seem to be tied into the state system.

I first got the Johnson and Johnson vaccine at a CVS in the state.

Then after that I registered to get the vaccine with the state of Maryland. I was worried I would get turned away once I checked in at the mass vaccination spot but I just showed up as an unvaccinated person in the state system.

The pharmacies only give out AZ here and we don't have the capability to store Phizer or Moderna in pharmacies right now. We also don't have J&J. We have 1 million doses in freezers right now, but they won't give them to anyone even though the case count is nearly 5000+ a day in the province (more than the entire country of UK or Spain)

You're also at the mercy of whoever the fukk is working at the mass vax clinic that day because they could turn you away if they have no idea about eligibility or if they don't think you have the right documentation. It's a shyt show over here
