In reality if you proven to not have taken precautions and contract, you shouldn't be eligible for hospital access periodsad to say it but people are out now , yes we keep seeing videos of people out and about and enjoying the out doors, not saying the virus aint about but i doubt their will be a second wave honestly , i keep seeing people post videos and ask "WHY R PEOPLE OUTSIDE!" its getting closer to summer, people are out world wide, people can work more now, hardly anyone is wearing a mask in my area , i think we just have to deal with it at this point
