Because FL is not reporting any numbers my guy. How many times you wanna hear that? They are not reporting numbers. They are altering the numbers they get, and labs are actually giving false negatives on patients with COVID symptoms. Some labs did not even run the samples at all.
So, no we are not doing so well. Even with the cheating ass numbers, Tampa Bay is seeing a surge for the second day in a row and Desantis still does not wanna lift the stay at home to full capacity.
You can keep thinking what you want but I live here and work in healthcare, and we all know it is BS.

How could you hide tens of thousands of elderly deaths? You can't. Especially not in Florida which everyone is waiting to turn into a New York or Italy style disaster. Even if you reclassify deaths they are still deaths and you can't hide the excess deaths as we have seen via numerous reports on these excess deaths.
Are you seeing tens of thousands of excess elderly deaths in Florida? Are there unreported epidemics in numerous Florida retirement communities? You're implying there are. Where's the evidence?

Also I'm not saying they aren't cooking the numbers, this is an age of Alt-Science after all. However, for a state that everyone looks at as "the slow kid," you'd think they would be faring much, much worse given they have a massive population of the risk group that Covid is scientifically proven to kill disproportionately. I don't understand how people believe on the one hand Florida is stupid and "doesn't believe in science," but at the same time clever enough to suppress mass casualties in their elderly population when the media has a microscope on the virus spread and mitigation in that state. It defies logic.
So you believe that there are tens of thousands of elderly deaths in Florida that are successfully being hidden from the public?
