I'm realizing that at some point people are willing to die to live.

When I check my instagram timeline everyone is out. Picnics, groups full of people riding bikes together, shyt one person is literally djing a house party.

I mentally prepared myself to chill until next March but it's pretty clear that economically there's no way we can stay closed for that long and the government isn't doing much to help people. I have the feeling we're going to open back up only for us to have to shut back down again this fall/winter.

It’s not about dying though. It’s unhealthy to be on edge/stressed for too long. Your adrenaline spikes when you first see danger and run but eventually you have to stop and catch a breath.

I mean what do people think happens in countries America bombs? Afghanis just sit inside all day? Nah. Eventually they try to lead lives even if it’s under duress. Syrians in camps have school.

As a major super power, the fact we could coordinate an official response is what is bad.

Everybody outside here in NY(Brooklyn) it’s slowly starting to look like it would any spring/beginning of summer. I wonder what the numbers will start to look like cause it seems everybody has their mask just to have it lol nobody following protocol

I can’t blame people.for me im very cautious for the older people in my family especially my parents I don’t want to give it to them

If it wasn’t for them tbh I would probably want to be out at a bar or park in the nice weather if it was opened

It’s not something I want but for someone like me chances are extremely small that I’d die from it that if things opened up I’d take my chances
