Yeah, this seems like what most countries are going to follow. It's not going to go away, but if it's manageable, they could slowly start the economy back as treatments and new tests are made available. I think bars and clubs will probably take a bit longer or have some mandatory limits on people allowed inside.

As an American one of the things that always stood out to me the most about Germany was how police operate there. It was like they were reluctant to use force unless they absolutely had to. Extremely chill overall. Even when they did need to arrest someone they just walk side by side with the person like they just having a conversation
Berlin police were a little morebut most other cities they didn't really stress like that.
Even the honor system with paying your fare for the subway right on the platform with no one checking instead of before a gate like most places here. No way that would ever work here
