Corona just took my grandmother man..My mother is a mess didn't even get to say goodbye in person. Can't get buried by her father's side like she wanted to. Maybe when this is over.. Take care of each other and respect the situation I shot a glance at my grandfather's picture in my living room and thought you're gonna have your old sparring partner back soon. Prayers up to everybody dealing with this and their loves ones right now we love you..
My mom had the same thing, pneumomia. Not severe enough to be sent to the hospital. She seems to be doing better now. Hope the best for your mom.I know I just want her to get through it...

Unfortunately, it's an effective tactic. Two sayings apply. First, the lie spreads around the world before the truth can put his pants on. Most people don't have the energy or interest or even time to take in all the information out there much less store it for recall the longer times passes. So, he can say something that requires checking and it's not something you can do at the time of. Those who are a little bit more critical thinkers will take time to do that and be like "this guy is lying". But a good majority of people don't do this and can't do this. His lies replaces their previous reality.
Secondly, you repeat a lie enough, people will start to believe it. Again, ties to the fact people aren't computers and don't store endless amount of information. So you can just lie and tell the same lie over and over and for a majority of people they will start to believe the lie.
shyt is very effective and why it's also dangerous.
