Seems like it's always "coming soon" with Sprint...

Every year I always hear about what they gonna do and what they got planned.

You know whats not coming soon to sprint ? Charging you $10 extra (4g premium service :heh:) per 4G phone on your account even if your city has no 4g coverage, because they already have been doing this :wow:

And now the LTE is deploying, I'm posting pics and people are hating.

What's to hate on? 10-15 down, decent ping, decent upload, and unlimited data. People will be able to EAT and eat well off of this for 80 a month.

What are you going to talk about when sprint eventually removes unlimited data :ohhh:

Nothing if I'm grandfathered I'm

:myman:

But what about when they eventually (and they will eventually) make it so when you renew your next contract for your next phone you arent grand fathered in :flabbynsick:

not sayin this is gonna happen anytime soon, but it will eventually happen. It usually happens when companies start bragging about how they are expanding their network and theyve spent so many billions on new cell towers and spectrum... and then thats when they hit you with it, to cut their costs down and still maintain profits

so im guessing 2013

It's gonna happen, these phone companies give no fukks about the consumer.

Sprint's playing the cool teacher role right now until they build shyt up then they're gonna hit their base with all the usual bs and have nikkas like :why::to:

Then I'll cop the phone out of contract and not sign a new contract.

I'm going to have this phone for a while anyway, it's good going forward considering it's LTE ready.

Would it specifically state lte or would it just say data speed or capacity upgrade?

I'm not sure. I know when I searched mine I saw the tower locations and I've noticed the upgrades. But I don't think they're done completing them because the signal is weird acting at times... and I know a lot of people on WiMax phones around here have been complaining about their service acting up.

My phone hasn't been tripping like that. I think I was connecting to a test tower because sometimes I get a great 4G signal while driving around (even right outside and inside of my house) then it disappears.

Also, my area isn't even officially listed in their markets that are currently live.
