He's not a #1 pick because Tennessee doesn't need a DE. If Cleveland takes Lynch then the Cowboys will take Bosa, then trade a draft pick to Cleveland for Manziel.

I've seen 2 Mock Drafts that have the Cowboys taking Bosa at 4. Titans won't take him. CLE is most likely drafting a QB. Which leaves BPA for us, Bosa.
