not really they even show how the winter solider is connected and do some flashbacks

first one is okay its like a indain Jones movie

You might miss out on the hydra storyline and Arnim Zolas importance to the story, that dude in the comics actually cloned cap and put redskulls mind in the clones body

he also brought back hitler a couple of times
