could it have been the GOAT shounen if kobo played his cards right. bleach had higher highs than most shounen but lower lows, so bleach at its worst was just terrible..but on the flip side, at its best it transcended the typical shounen imo, but admittedly those moments are few and far in between

coyote starrk death's death was just the direction, the music, the pacing..

Bleach's greatest moments rival DBZ and Naruto's but there are too many trash arcs and fillers for it to be at the elite level. I would give the crown to One Piece.

It could've been after the Soul Society Arc but Kubo had to go on that 6-8 month coke binge and fukk the series up so bad they won't even animate it anymore, which sucks bc the Quincy Arc is amazing.

Nah...the art is way too repetitive and the writing is lazy. Its probably the most stylish shounen but thats about it.

to me it's behind naruto, one piece, and hunter x hunter. bleaches filler are actually superior than the others, however the fullbringer arc just wasnt up to par with the soul society arc.

Bleach had a great villain in Aizen and realistically Kubo could have ended it right there and it would have been perfect. Bleach has had terrible lows but as it heads towards it's climax it's looking strong. Naruto on the other hand is shaping up to have a piss poor ending.
