Fool you once, shame on them. Fool you twice, shame on you. Fool you thrice, and I got a bridge for sale for a very good price. :ehh:

I'm damn near 30 so I got a once every 10 year average for sticking my neck out for someone like that.

if your girlfriend or best friend or a close relative came at you and needed the help and you could do it you're telling me you'd decline? if that's the case then you really don't trust that person and you probably shouldn't even have them in your life.

I respect this cause I look at the situation like this. If it was me and I was in that position and needed the help I'd want it done for me. I guess the problem with our society is we don't treat people the way we would wanna be treated. We just end up looking out for ourselves and its like fukk everybody else.

its sad we live in a world where you can't even step in and legitimately help people because you'll likely be punished for it.

Never cosign ANYTHING for ANYONE EVER!!!

If they need a cosigner, they can't afford it and they don't need it.

Only my mother or fiance.

They're both good with money. If they're ever in a bind (except jail :hmm: ) I wouldn't have a problem helping if it was necessary.

Anyone else can kiss my ass.

I like that word bitter. Usually because when its used there's an underlying truth to why it should be used.

Helping someone you love is not a dumb decision if you can afford the hit. And naw I don't talk shyt about people. You're very rarely if ever a victim of anything in life. Most of the time you're an active participant in what happens to you because a victim doesn't get a decision and every single time I got burned I decided to help.

Your e-persona comes off as a real good dude that's had bad luck in relationships. It's nice that there's a few people that can take responsibility in their actions instead of blaming it on others.

Men and women should do this more.

As far as me co-signing for someone, it depends on who it is and the situation. I won't sit here and say that I won't because I'd want someone to co-sign for me if I asked.

They could be the most responsible person in the world, but shyt happens. People get laid off, fired, have unexpected emergencies or expenses and I'm not about to risk my credit, not even for family (my parents being the only exception) :yeshrug: My parents taught me well.

But if that's your people and there's a legitimate need there how can you stand by idle and let it go by? what's the justification for watching someone you know and or love struggle. We all make mistakes in life of have accidents could be past due medical bills stopping them or whatever.
