TJ was my first job after getting out of high school. It's actually a great place to work. They treat their employees very well, the environment is chill af, and management gets paid handsomely. The floor "Captains" were clearing six figures iirc. He may even be one, as sometimes they'd help bag or work the registers when i worked there.

Yeah TJ & Costco are always highly rated in great places to work. Heard the managers or ''captains'' still get paid hourly so they can rack up on overtime. They treat employees well, and have good benefits.
