What city do you live in? I have a hard time seeing many people live off $20 a week in New York. Enlighten me breh.

I can do $20 out here in lexington, but I think it would go up at least $35 a week in NY at the very least.

$20 a week is pretty low, but don't they have stores like c-town and pathmark in NY?

In Tampa.. But Ive lived in Philly for awhile before and im pretty sure the prices at bodegas in Philly are similar to some of the bodegas in New York.. dry beans, spaghetti, rice, and beef all can be bought on a $20 budget anywhere in this country and can last a week.. IF you know how to cook

Being cheap and not counting when i eat out the weekends, i would say i spend 400 a month on food.

This thread shows the embryonic stages of what i was saying that black people outsource the black political agenda to liberals, if there are black people supposedly starving it has nothing to do with the level of food stamp aid and everything to do with economic prosperity or lack thereof

It hasn't been said explicitly but you can tell that people think of food stamps as some kind of economic development for black people, so now all of sudden food stamps become part of the black political agenda
