No, I am. As in my post I implied that most of that population growth is going to come from Subsaharan Africa + India. It isn't coming from China or the surrounding countries so starting a virus in China of all places to control population growth would be a bizarre move. Granted as a per capita resource user, China is by far growing leaps and bounds but stopping China in that case is a resources/environment/economic play, not a population one.
