* Architect of Trump's failed coronavirus response

* Has now also put himself in charge of wall construction, Mexico trade deals, China trade deals, Trump's 2020 campaign for reelection, reinventing the executive branch's IT systems, issuing pardons, relations with Saudi Arabia, and getting his wife sweetheart business deals from foreign heads of state.
