Won't lie, I woke up at 5am to make a Grocery Store run for the month. Save for Coffee Beans and maybe 1 or 2, I'm stocked up till May and won't be hitting up the store. Even though Wisconsin isn't heavily infected like other states, I don't want to be in the store during the peak of this shyt.

After I got home I washed my hands first for a minute, then wiped down the doorknob with rubbing alcohol on both sides. At least there were people wearing masks, so it gives me faith that people in my area are taking it seriously enough.

Aside from less traffic, the area feels normal.

Never gone to COSTCO, but like the Supermarkets were actually fair with food supplies; though its obvious there is a shortage.

Trying my best to.

Also well aware that I have no control. Just trying to keep the family safe at this stage.

You can only hope that it is the mild version when it catches you.

Whatever happens, thank god for thecoli.

can we really trust China's infected numbers?

With their Government, never. There was a piece on John Oliver a month or two ago, where the Chinese One Child system got replaced by the Chinese Two Child system, because the birthrate wasn't matching the retiring population, yet they didn't want the numbers to grow even more because too many would cause a revolt.

So to this day, there are kids born in China, who by birthright should be Chinese citizens, but are considered Ghosts to the system; so they can't get healthcare, loans.

Man you guys, as you know, I'm a glutton for punishment so I check out the r/asktrumpsupporters subreddit pretty often.

Here's their take on Trumps "we have 15 cases now and that will soon be zero" statement:

".....Trump meant that at some point, those 15 people would recover. He didn't mean no one else would catch it..."

:why:

New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo fired back after President Trump suggested that his state does not really need upwards of 30,000 more ventilators to fight the coronavirus outbreak: "Everybody's entitled to their own opinion, but I don't operate here on opinion, I operate on facts and on data and on numbers and on projections."

"I don’t believe you need 40,000 or 30,000 ventilators," Trump said. "You know, you go into major hospitals, sometimes they’ll have two ventilators. And now all of a sudden they're saying, 'Can we order 30,000 ventilators?'"
