I firmly think that as of right now, we are in a 'silent' lockdown. Yeah people still are going out, but you can feel it, people they know are getting sick. Republicans cannot deny COVID anymore, they can be anti-vaxx, but saying COVID is a narrative they cannot use; especially with no hospital beds.

Just tested positive for Covid-19. I got all 3 pricks so this feels no worse than any head cold I’ve had.

I’ve been lifting and doing cardio the entire time. I’ve probably had it for about 7 days now but decided to get tested cuz my dad called yesterday saying he tested positive(got it from him over the holidays I think) so I thought it’d be best to check.

I sent the alert on iOS notifying everyone who has come in close contact with me there may have been an exposure but honestly outside my immediate family and 2 other people I saw for less than 15 minutes not sure who that could be.

Fortunately I take 6 weeks off every year around the holidays so I haven’t seen anyone from work.

Covid didn’t hit as hard as the tv says but I’m also fully vaxed with booster so mileage may very.

anyone here get Covid without the vaccine? Half vaccinated? Fully vaccinated with no booster? If so share your experiences with people in this thread or if enough people think it’s a good idea we can share our Covid experiences in its own thread

maybe it’ll help people on the fence about the need for more shots to reconsider.
