Made it to Venice. Plane ride was about 30% capacity. Place is a fukking ghost town.

I don't actually mind, I can move about at my leisure and don't have to wait in line at the nice restaurants, but this clearly isn't sustainable.

Assuming historical sites aren't closed, traveling abroad during covid sounds like heaven honestly. I hate having to deal with crowds etc while vacationing.
