Moderna booster on top of J&J initial (). Mild aches, sore arm, mild nausea. Took it around 3 in the afternoon, was good by the next evening. Nowhere near as bad as the initial.
As we head into Year 3 of COVID-19, it will be interesting to see how much progress we can get people to get into vaccinations. We still will have the anti-vaxxers, but COVID-19 will only become more lethal I would think, or at least even more transmissible.
The job is at 86% vaxxed and since the agency gets head start dollars the stays for the employer mandate don't matter to the agency. Due date is December 17th.
Agency also allows religious exemptions (which is really stupid IMO) and other exemptions too as long as they don't pose a threat to safety at the workplace (WTF does that even mean).
A co-worker I trust thinks 50 people leaving. I say 30. Most will be teachers.
