I mean...I agree with Bernie here. This deal is terrible and it highlights how terrible Pelosi played her hand. Democrats could have gotten a deal before the election, including a 1200 check. Trump wanted a big deal and given the fact that McConnell can't even admit Biden won the election, I'm going to assume he would have put the Trump deal on the senate floor if Trump had told him to back in October. IF a deal had been agreed to by Pelosi.

Dems could have gotten a two for one. You get a bill under Trump, which may include some things you don't like...then you get another deal with Biden as president in March or April. Of course my thinking at the time was that dems would win the senate. They still can but I will admit, this fukks the plan. But blame Pelosi, not Bernie.

McConnell literally called Trump and crushed the deal?!! How are you getting that McConnell would bend to Trump?

The turtle’s plan has been pretty simple. Don’t bet without knowing your hand. He held Garland’s seat for eight months just to see what happened even with Clinton in the lead. He held the second relief until he saw the election results even when it said the Dems would win a majority. He’s been right both times.

If it weren’t for the funding situation he would have closed shop for the year until the GA runoff.

If they win just one seat best believe that bill will 100 million dollars and impenetrable liabilities shields
