This piece of shyt still saying most Americans aren't at risk
:snoop:

I'm really torn here, I'm not so much worried about myself, I worry about my father, I worry about the economy tanking, I worry about a lot of good people getting hurt by this. But at the same time, three years of this, three years of normalizing what this country has become.... This country deserves some pain right now
Had to dap. You aren't wrong. I'm terrified for my mom. This may be a wake up call we all need though. I just wish it didn't take a fukking pandemic to get people to pay the fukk attention to certain things.

I've been really scared for 3 weeks now. I've been freaked the fukk out since my friend at the CDC broke shyt down to me near the end of last month, but I also felt kind of crazy because reality hadn't caught up to what he was saying would happen. Now that it's going down I'm really fukking scared breh.

The problem isn't travel spread it's the in country spread. The cdc lobbyists tried to make a quick buck with their shytty testing kits and Trump adm trying to cover up the US spread:francis:
We have no clue how bad the spread is
My gut is that it's bad. My mom's a public heath nurse and has been seeing people all month she says for fever and cough. She said everyone with flu symptoms last month didn't have a cough, but this month hey suddenly do. Her and her people have no test kits though so they can't test to see if these people this month have Covid-19 or not. She's pretty sure at least a few of them have it, just based on confirmed cases in some surrounding counties to ours, and she even thinks she's probably been exposed.
:damn:
I think it's rampant here and within the next 7-10 days we will see a fukking massive influx of hospitalizations and people going to the doctor's office when they stop being asymptomatic.

If we'd had the more testing kits earlier we could've been quarantining these people.

World leaders really overreacting with all these travel bans IMO.
Nah breh. It's a good idea. International travel is the best way for disease and illness to spread. This should've been done sooner.

I ask people 'would you rather feel safer, or be safer?'

It may feel safer right now to have life be moving how it was, and open travel allowed, etc. But it's actually safer to limit travel, shut down large gatherings, etc.

Brehs I really don't know much but I just want to leave this here... does this sound accurate?
What does it take to recover from coronavirus? It depends, experts say

“The vast majority of people are going to have a very mild infection and will do just fine,” said Dr. Isaac Bogoch, an infectious disease specialist based out of Toronto General Hospital. “They’ll be asked to stay home. They’ll have a fever and a cough. It’ll be symptoms similar to a cold, which they’ve probably had countless times before, and they’ll get better in a few days.”

For most people, yeah, but if you're elderly or have a weak immune system it's a different case..

About 80% of people only have mild symptoms and don't need to go to the hospital. About 15% have serious but not life threatening complications. Only gets to a life-threatening level about 5% of the time. Basically the older you are the higher the chance of having serious complications.
