Download an app called allcast. It's free. When you go to watch something uncheck the box that says use internal player. A menu should pop up with your xb1 on it. I'm sure it will work on xb1 since I got it to work on my 360.

Good thread. I'm thinking bout going this route.

Waiting on my roku 3 to arrive in the mail and I plan on using plex on it. Got Apple TV and jail broken broken ipad and iPhone with movie box and xbmc.

I just need live TV for sports basically. Am I set up good enough to go without cable?

Do you download the app to your pc or straight from the Xbox?

I want to cut cable BAD, but I have 3 televisions always showing something diff. Cutting the cord is for people without kids.

You couldn't be more wrong. I'm in the midst of a Sonic the Hedgehog marathon right now and I had to explain to my spoiled son how when I was a kid, my favorite show came on once a day and that was it. If I missed it, I missed it. Oh well. See ya tomorrow.

Now we watch whatever we want whenever we want with no commercials and shyt. :yeshrug:

Unless you meant that cord cutting offers too much content. I could see how that can be bad for kids. :ehh:

Now who else wanna fukk with Hollywood Court?

XBMC in one room, roku or Amazon fire in the other two rooms. As long as you have a fast connection you can stream a ton of shyt, just put parental locks on whatever they'll be using.
