Having somebody crawl to you was the wrong command while asking him to keep his hands in the air. Sounds like a training issue to me. And besides, they had plenty time to apprehend him while he was sitting on the ground with his hands up. There were five other officers there, btw.
Reaching was the straw that broke the camel's back. This was the second time he did that, too.

The instructions were simple: You put your hands down or to the small of your back, we're shooting you.

He was given a pass for the former, to crawl, only to reach for the small of his back, seconds later. Clearly not the brightest bulb in the box.

why you quoting me for with absolute bs explanations, the instructions weren't clear and his voice was cracking your clearly not the brightest bulb if you can't sense affliction and distress in his voice don't be quoting with bullshyt about simple instructions, actually don't be quoting me period!

That was my first thought as well.

A terrible move, regardless.

That’s a natural instinct, though.

And don’t pretend you’ll be thinking straight with a maniac yelling and screaming at you with a gun pointed at you. It’s so easy to say well, he shouldn’t have did this or that. They say that shyt all the time when the victim is Black. It’s not realistic to expect that.

I don’t know the details of the trial but somebody on Facebook said the other cops testified that he was wrong. Five other cops there and he was the only one that opened fire. That should tell you something.

I’m no expert but it just seemed like the cop’s procedure was hella sloppy. Vocally, he sounded weak and not in control of the situation mostly because he repeated instructions with such intensity that it sounded like he was scared (not saying he didn’t have a right to be, but we don’t need no scary ass nikkas in the police force), also his team was weak. No precision. They aren’t trained properly and aren’t combat ready to deal with a situation properly. They have the basics but they’re sloppy and unskilled about it, lack of confidence...

The first guy was able to follow instructions to a T, and was apprehended without harm.

Now your just being obtuse stop it, for real cut it out! Next you will be telling me a trained officer handles some one who is drunk the same way they handle someone who isn't. Go looking for a nonsensical argument elsewhere.

Cops in the US are fukking psychopaths, if this isn’t checked now, it could really get out of hand. Why is he armed and dressed like he’s goin on a seal team 6 mission. Fukkin faqqits, why don’t he just enlist if he wants action. That’s right, it’s because they shoot back overseas.
