2 points that come to mind.

2.) This is why cops/blue lives matters people are in a little bubble and we refuse to meet them half way to come into an agreement. Yes cops are human and humans are no where perfect because if we were all perfect the concept of a cop wouldn't exists. Like yeah cops go through shyt on the daily that we coudnt imagine and they will put their lives first no matter what which is fine logic and all. but.....

Having somebody crawl to you was the wrong command while asking him to keep his hands in the air. Sounds like a training issue to me. And besides, they had plenty time to apprehend him while he was sitting on the ground with his hands up. There were five other officers there, btw.
