Understand that now if your neighborhood precinct decides they can bomb areas of your neighborhood.

The military did not bomb him, the military did not even sign off on it.
A local police station decided to set off a bomb in a downtown parking structure of a metropolis city, and were able to without any red tape.

How come none of you have mentioned the stark differences between the tone of Obama discussing the killings of the two Black men in Baton Rogue and Minnesota and the Dallas police shootings?

Notice how in the Dallas police shootings, he said they were "viscous, calculated, and despicable"? He also said there was "no possible justification".
