"They" being the Dallas PD said he was a suspect on Twitter. They had no problem immediately putting a black man's face on the attacks. I don't see why they would all of a sudden withhold info unless they are trying some fukkery. They release just enough vague contradicting info at that last presser to keep everybody confused, but blaming black people in general.

This looks like some cacs trying to start a race war and trying to make it look like black people started it. But the police may have white suspects in custody and the dude they blew up ended up being white. They wouldn't have been negotiating with no black person in that parking garage. If they shooter did say that BLM stuff...that sounds like white people trying to think like black people. Kind of like how white people be like "yeah we know you blacks hate WHITEY" when no black people use that word.
