I don't see why they would all of a sudden withhold info unless they are trying some fukkery. This looks like some cacs trying to start a race war and trying to make it look like black people started it. But the police may have white suspects in custody and the dude they blew up ended up being white. They wouldn't have been negotiating with no black person in that parking garage. Your analogy is nonsense. And like I said, Slavery's origin is irrelevant to the notion of whites' enabling cops to murder people.
