So what? Black people have to be willing to die. Most, including myself, aren't.
Unfortunately, Dallas is actually one of the "model cities" when it comes to reforming he police department. Everything has decreased since they started reforming, and the community presence and relationship has been growing.
It's still not good, but it's not as severe as Baltimore, NY, Cleveland, Chicago, LA, Ferguson, St. Louis or Baton Rouge.
Snipers should have been in one of those cities instead.
