It will probably be a long wait being that the city is always in high demand, especially BK at this point unless you trying to live deep/outskirts of BK. The city is just in high demand and keeps rising. Especially if you live near water.

My bol was paying that for a spot a couple blocks from Barclays but his apartment was across the street from what looked like a project building and EVERY building on his block had them big black plastic rat traps in the front of the crib. At least this building look brand new
