NYC is not as great as some people like to make it sound.
It's overcrowded, overpriced, loud, rude people, bad traffic, hardly any free parking spaces, dirty and rat/roach infested, horrible weather, etc. This coming from a fellow new yorker..

nikka it's a CITY. Either pay for a garage, move to Queens or don't drive! To combat high prices we need to build more. It's simple supply and demand. The demand is high because people see the value in living in NYC. We've already surpassed our 2020 population estimate 2.5 years early.

I'm paying around 2650 a month
We looking to move in July after 2.5 years in this current spot and so far everything we finding 2700-3k lmao
