It's 100+ movies if you really want them I can box them up and send it to you if you send me the money for shipping.

Are they VHS or DVDs? Can you take a pic of them so I can skim the titles?

Above the fray.
I don't know if it's cause I was born in the 90s but this movie just wasn't that great to me. Watched it for the first time I believe a couple years ago when I was looking for old black films to watch.

Seemed like every other ol' coming of age movie where teenagers do stupid shyt and face the consequences as a result. From what I could remember I didn't really resonate with any particular character, nothing was all that great that I remember fondly of. I remember them riding around in that stolen car, someone dying, tryna get play from some girls etc.

I think the film influenced so many later films, which you probably love, that it didn't have the same impact with you.

I watched some old Richard Pryor concert film years ago and wasn't impressed, but then I watched the modern comedians and noted how EVERY single one of them was biting Pryor in some way.

If you liked Juice or Boys in the Hood, you can go back and see how they were influenced by Cooley High.

Always found this movie depressing and pitied those whose experience in Chicago mirrored this.
