All NBA first team will be hard to figure out.

Durant
Bron
Tatum
Giannis

All deserve first team on the forward spot

Then you have Zion nipping at their heels.

the good part about schroeder balling out is that it makes russ even more expendable. but I really like Russ off the bench too.

honestly in an ideal world we trade rat bev, a first, nunn and walker for something productive

lonnie just doesn't fit this team.
I liked Lonnie at the start of the season, but Troy Brown and Dennis and Bryant getting healthy have fit what Ham is trying to do so much better. JTA and even Max Christie have been surprisingly productive. Remains to be seen which roleplayers can sustain their level of play with AD out indefinitely.

Nunn finally remembered how to play. Right when its time to trade him too. Bev, Nunn, and Lonnie could get you a solid player. :patrice:

Looks like Patience is really a virtue
Imagine we had given up them two first rounders for these nikkas man:mjlol:

Turner is being a team player here. :whew: I would give up Bev and Walker for him straight up. No pick. That is is a good deal for Pacers. They can remain competitive with those two.

See if you can get Kyrie to sign if not sign Turner so AD can play his preferred position and protect him from injury somewhat.

I agree those are the type players they need but again who exactly?
Well, the Turner deal is back on the table. It would be the usual guys like Turner, Bogdanovic, Poetl. And actually you could get a bunch of players back for Russ if you get multiple teams involved with probably only giving up one pick.

I like Russ off the bench (woat periods of play aside) but as this team starts trending towards a playoff team you have to consider that he may become a detriment in the playoffs.

Pelinka has gotten somewhat lucky with Bron still being a top 5 guy and the guys he signed more or less starting to be shown to be at least tradeable assets.

I agree with most of what you are saying but bringing back Thomas Bryant is a must.

I would offer him a nice bag.

He's a great bench center. Him and Schroeder being out (dudes starting the seaason out for months is mindboggling to me still) and Russ's role not being sorted fukked the start of the season up.

Trading for a center would be stupid unless the cost is minimal. That's AD's position, not to mention, LeBron thrives as a four now.

Bogdanovic is the guy who makes the most sense by a mile. Small forward shooter who is playoff tested. The Raptors have some guys too like Trent that could fit in.

I do believe they need to trade for guys now to fill out next year's roster because they don't really have that much cap space considering everybody on the roster is a free agent besides Bron, AD and that bum Damian Jones.

I kind of agree with you but the problem is Thomas Bryant is terrible on defense and Damian Jones is unplayable so you need a defensive center.

For better or worse, that's AD. Say they trade for Poeltl. What's his purpose when AD is healthy? He's a free agent too.

They need to give Russ MORE minutes, his productivity is the highest on the team when factoring in minUtes played and role on the team

I can't remember the last 6th man that affects the game the way he does.

Turner or whoever would just probably be for this season. AD not playing center full time after having a stress fracture man.
