There is no question about blame … if Rob wants to make moves he can choose to do so or not that decision will ultimately fall on his lap either way

You just deflected wanting a response on what moves can be made by saying “it doesn’t matter who they get anyways because the star players are unreliable” …so you don’t want an answer as you’ve already decided the fate of this team …my point ..was that if that was in fact the case ..and the excuse your GM is using to shield his inactivity he’s failed and should be removed
No I don’t believe there are any realistic moves to be made especially if AD isn’t healthy.

It’s not that deep for me to be right lol If you drop something I haven’t thought of cool

So again what moves can they make that will get them out the 1st?

Not with this roster. Their 2nd best player is Austin Reaves or maybe Russ. There are multiple guys on the Mavs, Rockets, and Nuggets who are/were better than them
Disrespectful. Not maybe Russ. It is Russ. He's not looking as good due to the floor spacing and lack of shooters tho. He's still a starter on a lot of other teams where he fits.

No team is a fit for Russ, he's an all time great, but as far as winning games and competing for a ring, Russ is not the way to go.

One of the dumbest/most talented players in the history of the game

They need to make moves THIS season

Russ is good at dumping the ball off to a big after penetrating. Doesn't have to be AD.
Which would work a lot more if teams didn't have to just sit in the paint waiting for either Russ or the big to attack the rim because no shooters to dish out to.
This would be a completely different team with 2 decent shooters on the wings.
The Patrick Beverley signing still baffles me.

I agree they need to make noves this season. I can also see the narrative because of those KD years in OKC and the first round exits when he was the main guy in OKC. I've always seen him as a really good second option on a championship team. If he had deferred more to KD back then he'd probably have a chip now. So I agree to an extent. But having him as a starter on a team he fits on as the third option focusing on being a playmaker rather than a scorer might work now. He's seemed to accept that role a bit more this season on the Lakers. Plus he'd need a tough minded coach with the balls to bench him in the 4th when he starts tryna do too much.

Thing about Russ is he'd be great...on the bubble team.

Its easy to complain about him now, but if we have healthy/dominant AD, better defensively Bron AND you're just asking Russ to replace Rondo on that Bubble team shyt would be great.

In another timeline Russ is signing with the Lakers next year for low while everything else from the bubble team is intact :ehh:
