What also makes a good role player is taking advantage of their strengths...Dennis isn't a spot-up shooter. He is a scorer/Driver....Hard for him to do any driving if he doesn't have the opportunity....Dennis had a very good season in his first stint with the Lakers. Is he really washed at only 29 yrs old?

Dennis has never been a particularly good role player outside of 2020. He's been below league average in efficiency in damn near every year of his career outside of that season and has a skill-set that is less than optimal. What business does a shytty playmaking, non-shooting, slashing PG have starting next to Lebron and AD? He's fine getting spot minutes but definitely not someone you should expect to be much better than what he's shown.
