Joker is shooting below his season average and averaged a triple double last series. He averaged 25/12/10 this season, why are you guys surprised?

Jamal is averaging 35 because he's guarded by Dennis, DLo and Vando. No one is winning a championship without a perimeter specialist to lock down. Off the top of my head:

2022: Wiggins
2021: Tucker/Jrue
2020: KCP/Danny/Caruso
2019: Kawhi/Danny/FVV
2018: Klay/Iggy
2017: Klay/Iggy
2016: Bron

etc...
but they handled curry and klay

jamal is hitting outrageous shots that have no business going in

lakers just ran into a chainsaw

I dont think Vando has been bad against Murray... His offense just makes him unplayable.

Ham should have tried Troy Brown Jr.

As I've told Reg, in terms of floor balance, we would have been better off sticking with the development of Christie. Not that he would stop him, but in terms of size, defensive potential, shooting he's the kind of player we should have on the floor. He would have needed those last couple of months to build up to this moment though.

They didn't handle Curry though. They threw double teams and triple teams all series. It's the reason why Klay and Poole had open shots all series and bricked them. We had possessions of Bron running away from Klay with the ball to defend Steph. If it was our gameplan to allow Klay to have wide open shots, it worked but it wasn't some defensive master plan. It's not a plan that works against Denver.

Win or lose tonight I need to see Ham taking chances. Just try something different.

If he bullheadly thinks playing 6 or 7 guys a bunch of mins Imma kinda be lukewarm in regards to him in the offseason.

The really have nothing to lose. Play Bamba, play Troy Brown Jr. maybe even play Beasley. Not like Dennis is shutting down Murray and his poor shooting isnt that needed on the floor either.

As much as we shyt on Vogel and his flaws. I always liked how he never gave a fukk about starting a bench in the 2nd half of a playoff game. He at least understood not trying to fukk up momentum if a starter is struggling.

I say Beasley cause unfortunately I think he'd get the nod over Christie.

Everybody else has bricked shots. Might as well let him get a chance :unimpressed:

Tonight is gonna be so cruel, I hope Lakers at least go down fighting. D'lo has mentally been out of the series, maybe he will hit some shots today knowing that he going home soon.

Was just about to ask what everyone wants to see tonight, and honestly this.

Play Bamba for some backup 5 min to give AD some more rest, play Beasley and TBJ in order to limit the minutes that you give DLO. Change up a few of your defensive schemes on Murray

I will say this........ We haven't really been blown out in any of these games, we have looked tired down the stretch (Bron and AD) and maybe adding those 3 rotational pieces can give them an extra 2-3 BADLY needed min of rest in order to push toward a W in the 4th

If they win tonight, go back to Denver and throw the kitchen sink and have your "Game 7 strategy" and see if you can get it to a Game 6 in LA

I really can’t understand how players like D Lo operate

You expect to get paid when you playin like complete ass in this series

He hasn’t done anything at all be he wanna get the bag

How soft is this faghot that they were scared to bench him because they are “scared to lose him”

This nikka is a p*ssy

And Kyrie ain’t coming Mark Cuban gonna max him out

As @Rhakim said. Bron was averaging 34....for the month of January. However, that was 37 mins. Lack of depth at the time was having Bron do to much and it eventually led to injury the next month. Defensively he's better when he plays less mins as well.

Post injury once you get ino the play Bron 40+ mins routine that gives reason for him to coast. He's decided to do it offensively. Now it sucks that those guys have played themselves out of the rotation. However, you might as well try something different.

Bron with heavy mins is likely going to lead to bad 3s and heavy legs by the 2nd half.

I've wondered about Troy Brown. Maybe? He was pretty bad in the Warriors series though IIRC.

You're talking about adding guys, but I'm thinking more about subtracting them. The Nuggets only play 7 and they're elite even though 2 of those 7 aren't playing particularly great. Why not just have basically a three-guard rotation of Schroder, Walker, and Reeves, and only play D-Lo a few spot minutes with a quick pull if he's not hitting shots immediately? Up front just play AD, Bron, and Rui, with just the bare minimum of minutes for Vando/Brown/Bamba to give them minimal breather.
