KCP has been one of the best defenders at his position this year and has been for a min. DLo is absolutely useless and detrimental on the road.

DLo might be the worst defender at his position. He's the only player ever that hasn't even locked up a player by accident. I've seen Huertas lock up defensively and I'm sure he didn't even mean to, it just happened that way. DLo gets cooked by EVERYONE

Constantly gets beat back door and by his man crashing the offensive glass too. Doesn't even try to make up for his lack of defensive prowess with effort. KCP typically doesn't do anything off the dribble, but even his eyes lit up every time he saw that matchup.

Ironically though...the last time the Lakers beat them I think Russ has a triple double.

To me the removal of Russ was more about allowing Reaves to improve/get more responsibility. I think Vando was mismanaged by Ham today.


Beasley is awful, but all takes is one game for him to hit 3 3s in 2 mins to justify the trade. Lonnie Walker is an example of you can never truly count out anyone.

He has to pace himself. D'Angelo's only role on the team is to take the scoring burden off of LeBron and AD. He has no purpose in the rotation otherwise.

Rui on Jokic isn't sustainable. I'm pretty sure I can draw up plays to cause all kinds of breakdowns on the Laker D with Rui as Jokic's primary defender. I expect Denver to adjust. Series comes down to the Lakers being able to sustain a good to great defensive effort for 48 minutes.

I hear you but DLO/Bron should have been doing some pick and rolls or something. Where he doesnt exert a lot of energy but still can get easy baskets. Bron was doing a lot of dribbling and not shooing in the 2nd Qrt.
