Steve Smith performs with a competent qb. Cam is competent. He is just average. So was delhomme. Flacco is above both of them and I don't believe a 35 year old Steve Smith would've performed to the tune of 1000 yds with cam or delhomme but he did with Flacco and could have with any qb that is a step up from cam. I just need more than people feelings to tell me cam isn't average. He's not trash by any means but don't gas him up like he's the man. He's not

How are cams career passing stats conjecture? They prove he is average. His winning percentage is average as well. That is the base of my argument and u don't have a rebuttal. Those are facts not conjecture

Josh Freeman has finished top 10 in TDs too. That make him above average too.
Who's moving the goal posts now? Is it about passing stats or about rings or winning seasons? Which one?
You have hung your whole hat on top 10 or top 15 passing stats and then DIRECTLY contradict yourself.
Top 10 finishes
Cam: 2 in 4 years
Flacco: 1 in 8 years
Not to mention since 2011 (time both have spent in the league) Cam has finished ahead of Flacco most passing categories.
But I look forward to hearing why passing stats don't matter now and how it's really about ___________.
