Gotta admit it’s a little silly though, right? I mean it’s in my top 3 anticipated albums of 2021, but it seems kinda crazy for a guy to say that *this* is gonna be his first album when he’s dropped like 8 or 9 full projects of original production in the past 4 years.

At this point I’m starting to give up on it, all of these little projects are just proof he’s locked into that deal and can’t get out of. Way too many delays on this debut and that’s when the anticipation fades a bit. it doesn’t take 4 years to drop one debut album off a major unless there’s problems with the label.

I don't even understand the difference anymore, outside of clearing samples. Conway must have like 20 projects out, but people are anticipating his "debut" album lol. Breh debuted years ago.

La Maquina features Benny, Westside Gunn, JID, Ludacris, 2 Chainz, Jae Skeese, 7xvethegenius, and has production from Cardiak, J.U.S.T.I.C.E. League, Alchemist, Daringer, JR Swiftz, and more. I think 9th Wonder has another one of their songs on here.

That’s fair. I don’t actually care whether GDMM drops or not to be honest. I just know I’ve heard like 2/3rds of it, and if that music drops it’ll be most of my favorite Conway music. I just want the songs to drop somewhere. Whether it’s Shady, this new project or wherever.
GDMM sounds like some Life After Death disc 2 mixed with The Reason by Beanie Sigel type music. Mom Praying/What Your Life Like mixed with Nobody Till Somebody Kills You and Sky’s The Limit.
Songs like Stress, You’re The One, God Don’t Make Mistakes (I Wonder), Wild Chapters, Piano Love, Lock Load, and John Woo Flick are incredible. I mean, he could space them out across multiple projects and I’d be happy

Do you fukk with his artist Jae Skeese? I’m a fan. I like that he’s not a goon rapper and does a different lane of music than Conway. Check that Asphalt Calligraphy album from last year if you like him.
Piano loves next level I need Machine to drop that asap
been too long of a wait. I just hope it drops by June or July latest. And he said reject 3 was also going to come out. I’m not sure if that shyts going to pull through.
also they been hinting at hall and nash 2 coming out this year which is probably nvr going to come out I hope I’m completely wrong.

Reject 3 as of now is slated for after GDMM. I've heard it'll be heavily Daringer and Alchemist produced, and this was the initial cover teased down below. I've definitely lost faith that we'll get Hall Nash 2 or Griselda x The (Just) Blazettes. Those 2 projects I think might never drop.

He caught my ear off some Metal Gear Solid bars. These joints are dope. He's got a different vibe. I wouldn't label him a "conscious rapper" but he's not a street rapper either.

He sounds like a introspective type of rapper, which is what i like to listen to. Can't always listen to the dumb shyt all the time.
This might be the one that gets Jae Skeese on a higher level
