I'm gonna make this short:

The best way to astral project is to wake up early and take a nap on a sunny afternoon between 4pm - 7pm.

Well at least for me.

I was only successful once and I was really high.

I always wanted to astral project because it is said that you can time travel and access universal consciousness (GOD) and ask questions in shyt.

Well when I left my body I was like vibrating and I got stuck in the corner of my ceiling and I could see my body.

Anyway my roommate was playing some shytty ass wale song and I could hear it playing and I could see like the sound waves bouncing off the walls I then kind of felt compelled to get back in my body because i was stuck and my neck was starting to hurt and I was paranoid and then next thing you know I was back in my body.

I then asked my friend what's songs was he just playing and he said he didn't know it was just a random mix so I skipped the mix back a few songs and guess fukking what it was the same shytty wale song

Thats pretty sick. The farthest ive gotten with it is the body vibration part..I think it snapped me out of my meditation because i wasnt prepared for it even though i knew it was coming.

I read a story about some guy astral projecting from like Minnesota to a room in Los Angeles, where he moved a bottle in a room.
