All of that is along the lines of 'new-age', aka we are parts of a universal conscious, we are fragments of God observing ourselves, we are about to 'ascend to a higher consciousness,' aka christ consciousness. if we believe we are mini christs, what that eventually will culminate into is self-worship.

Jesus coming back is not a higher consciousness emerging inside of us. The Bible tells us he is coming in the sky.

The bible was not intended to be interpreted literally...these holy books are more esoteric than anything
