I heard a segment where Praeger spent the entire time arguing that it was justified to shoot graffiti artists if they were vandalizing your business establishment.
But I guess it's okay to be a victim if the oppressor is a big bad kid with a spray paint can, and it's okay to hurt people so long as they're urban teens.
p.s. - calling Praeger an "academic" is wild. I think he has a B.A. in history and he sure as hell hasn't been hired to teach in any institution or published in any peer-reviewed journal

And it WAS the 'not enough white kids' a$$hole! Our God is a good God.
Absolutely heinous that he got away with a slap on the wrist 35 years ago. At least some form of judgment finally came.
