This is one of the most important issues in America because it impacts everything else. And it's only getting worse as one party - republicans - deliberately nominates judges of questionable experience, whose main selling point is that they are young and will do whatever the Federalist Society wants. Look at the judge who is currently attempting to give Trump whatever he wants in the classified docs case. She's certainly qualified to be a judge and certainly smart...but she's a clear cut deliberate partisan hack. And 20 years from now will be on somebody's shortlist for Supreme Court nominees.
