Maybe to a degree. However those loans being an anchor uniquely affects black people simply because of other things we deal with. In the game of catch-up, with enough equalizers, some folks will have what they need to succeed. Its a slower process but it starts something.

No but pell grant recipients get an extra 10k, and since the majority of those are non-white they don't believe it to be fair. biden did this specifically to help black people and im not mad at it.
