1. They judges already gave exemption to Military Academies due to national security

2. Military officerships are also about leadership, which can cover a lot of things, and not academic merit 100%.

3. Having a diverse officer corps helps with troop morale and cohesiveness. Having one group of people overly represented in enlistments and with a higher chance of dying, while the officers look totally different wont sit well with troops and will cause issues.

I think there are more stronger arguments for why its needed, and most of the DoD want diversity in officerships as well. Thats why im not 100% sure they will get it rescinded

Isn't all the military academies by congressional nomination anyway? It isn't a comparable admissions process.

So now, black folk can't go to colleges that ain't HBCUs, and now cannot go to many branches of the Armed Forces. :mjpls:

Soon, its gonna be trade schools and community colleges, then its gonna be lights out.

Sit out in 2016, and this is the result. No more social mobility, and even group economics cannot save you.

Again fresh it out for me. The voters of various state decide how their states electoral college votes are cast. Why don’t the votes that decide how a states electoral college votes go matter?
This is how I see it. Bush vs. Gore and Trump vs. Hillary presidential elections. The winners of both elections lost the popular vote (American people) but won the electoral vote.

That's a talking that's starting to hold less weight. On the local level you have a valid point although redlining can impact that. On the federal level, the SCOTUS is appointed. Not voting by the American people in that case doesn't matter.
fukking retard the people you vote for approve the scotus appointment votes. Some of y’all just lack the brain power to tie ur own shoes

Correct if you are looking at from a standpoint of receiving compensation from a lawsuit but what I provided isn't. To be clear, it was about rolling back programs aiming specific demographics such as minority and disadvantaged businesses. Which goes along the lines of the affirmation action ruling. Maybe I'm not explaining it correctly so I'll take a L on that. :manny:
