They are going after everything. :beli: Unfortunately they are winning these cases.
They are going to lose that one and all of this stuff is going to be rolled back anyway as soon as Thomas and Alito resign all of a sudden to spend more time with their families.

Don't you have to get a nom from your local state representative to get those officer schools?

Buddy has entered the thread  I wanna make sure I understand this correctly:

  • For the past 4 years, Internet Ass Muhfukkas have beat the drum against the Democrats, saying don't vote or vote downballot (which removes influence on the courts) until we receive tangibles
  • Republican judges have increased on the circuit and the Supreme Court, reversing Affirmative Action, etc
So why is this group suing? Why don't they just sit back and holler "tangibles" or some acronym. In 4 years, ADOS and FBA haven't produced a single lawsuit and Antonio Moore is a lawyer

Black Self-Sufficiency
Why is it that everytime some outside group does something political you guys do not like, the first impulse some of you have is to attack other Black people? Really, do you guys not notice how that demonstrates a level of self-hatred exhibited by you? You choose to attack your own people you disagree with than to attack the actual people seeking to harm us all. It is ridiculous.

As long as they have the Supreme Court in their pocket, they will continue this progression to what they think is their conservative paradise. Now what needs to be done by the Democrats is they need to be getting more of that dirt on some of those Justices who are being bought and paid for by conservative oligarchs, like Clarence Thomas.

Also, both parties needs to push for limits on Supreme Court Justices. That is too much power over too long of a period of time in the hands of failable people who may have their own agendas. Unfortunately, that would take a Constitutional Amendment. Since Republicans are getting what they want at the moment, I seriously doubt they would agree. Then again, if the shoe was on the other foot, then I doubt the Democrats would agree either. So here we are, and we will be dealing with this, unless some impeachments happen, for at least 10+ years.

It's an easy argument for strategic readiness to have a diverse officer corps.

These cacs want to ensure that the bias of the system weighs in with no controls.

This the shot yall wanted "in the open". Remind me again how exactly that's helped anything ?

Oh yeah that's right, there used to be legal ramifications for discrimination. Now they are setting up to have legal protections to discriminate

Mission accomplished I guess...

They somehow think it will spur Black people into action. Reducing black rights will somehow gain us more rights :snoop:.
